When I was young, we often used to have roast lamb & Yorkshire pudding for a big extended family Sunday lunch – a lasting legacy of the colonial influence! Having grown up on Ah Kum-Che’s soft-yet-crunchy Yorkshire pudding dipped in juicy lamb gravy, even the Yorkshire pudding in England has never tasted as good to me.
